Tikka Masala Meatballs Curry :
Meat balls ingredients:
Chicken mince ½ kg
Chopped onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tikka masala 1-1/2 tbsp
Green chili 2-3
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Almond powder 1 tbsp
Coal for smoke
Clarified butter 4 tbsp
Tikka masala 1-1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Red chili powder as required
Turmeric as required
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Fried grinded onion 1 tbsp
Nutmeg, mace powder ¼ tsp
All spices powder ½ tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Method:
Meat balls all ingredients mix then do the smoke and make meat balls then fry in clarified butter then set a side .after this making for curry heat clarified butter then fry onion in oil .then all ingredients mix and roast .then 1 cup of water .then add meat balls .finally cook 10 minutes then garnish with cream and serve .
Ghee Rice with Nuts:
Ingredients:
Boiled rice 2-1/2 cup
Long cut green chilies 3-4
Chopped onion 1
Small cardamoms 4-5
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Green coriander for garnishing
Mix whole all spices 1 tbsp
Clarified butter ½ cup
Raisin, almond, cashew nuts as required
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Fried onion for garnishing
Method:
In clarified butter add onion fry and whole spices add then all remaining all spices roast .after his sugar ,chicken powder and 1 cup of water mix and cook till then boil .then boil rice mix and leave on dum .after this 1 tbsp clarified butter and long cut green chili mix then raisin, almond and cashew nuts fry .when it come on dum then add fried dry fry ,green coriander ,lemon juice and fried onion garnish and serve .
Cucumber Mint Raita:
Ingredients:
Yogurt 250 grams
Grated cucumber 1
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Chopped green chili 2
Chopped onion 2 tbsp
Chopped mint 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Method:
In yogurt salt and cumin add and beat well then all ingredients mix and serve .
