Thaal Kabab
Kabab Ingredients:

Beef Mince 1/2 Kg
Bread Slice 1
Egg 1
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli 6
Ginger 2 inch (Chopped)
Garlic 6 cloves
National Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
National Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

Gravy Ingredients:

Onion 2 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Butter 1/2 Cup
Tomato 2 (Chopped Slice)
Green Chilli as you required (Chopped)
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/4 Cup

Kabab Direction:

Step 1: Take a chopper machine jar and add Beef Mince, National Salt, Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, National Cumin Powder, National Garam Masala Powder, National Black Pepper Powder and chopped it well and then add Egg, Bread Slice and again chopped it well. After that make kabab shape with this mince. Your Kababs is ready for cook/bake.

Gravy Direction:

Step 2: Now take a pot and add oil and add onion and slightly fry it and then dish out it and then add butter into remaining oil and melt it and turn off the flame.

Step 3: Now take a grinder jar and put slightly fried onion and add yogurt and add salt and grind it well. Your white paste is ready.

Step 4: Now take a thaal/dish and put melted butter and then place kabab from step 1 and then put white paste from step 3 and then place Tomato and Green Chilli and bake it for 45 minutes on 200c (Preheat already for 20 minutes on 200c) After that your thaal kabab is ready.
