Supreme Pizza Casserole:
Ingredients:
Chopped sausages ¾ cup
Pepperoni ½ cup
Chopped mushrooms ½ cup
Chopped onion ½ cup
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp
Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
Chopped capsicums ½ cup
Pizza sauce 1 cup
Black olives 4 tbsp
Boiled pasta 2 cup
Flour 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Cream 100 grams
Milk ½ cup
Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
Salt as required

Method:
Heat butter and fry garlic then flour mix. then add cream and milk. when thick then remove it .now heat oil and fry onion .then add capsicums, mushrooms ,peperoni ,sausages ,and pizza sauce mix then add boil pasta ,crushed red chili and salt mix .then dish out and remove then on top add cream mixture ,mozzarella cheese ,black olives ,peperoni ,sausages then bake till than cheese melt and serve .

Ginger Soy Chicken :
Ingredients:

Chicken (cut Lengthwise) 400 grams
Flour 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Finely cut ginger 3 tbsp
Salt as required
Oil for frying
Green onion as required
For sauce ingredients:
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Water 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp

Method:
In chicken flour ,corn flour ,soy sauce and salt mix and leave for ½ hour .then ginger fry till then crispy .chicken pieces fry and remove .mix all ingredients of sauce .now heat oil and fry chicken and sauce ingredients mix and toss .after this dish out then garnish with fried ginger and green onion and serve.
