A unigue way of having the eggs for your breakfast. Steam it and there it is ready.
STEAMED EGG KATORI
Ingredients
4 eggs
4 teaspoons finely chopped onions
4 teaspoons finely chopped green capsicum
2 teaspoons red chilli flakes
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Salt to taste
4 teaspoons grated processed cheese
Method
1. Break an egg into individual glass bowls.
2. Add 1 teaspoon onion, 1 teaspoon green capsicum, ½ teaspoon chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns, 1 tsp cheese and salt in each bowl.
3. Heat sufficient water in a steamer. Place the bowls in it, cover and steam for 7-8 minutes.
4. Serve hot.
