Murgh Masala:
Ingredients
Chicken ½ kg
Salt 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Red pepper crushed 1tsp
Ginger garlic 1tbsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Onion chopped 2
Tomatoes 4
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger chopped 2tbsp
Coriander ½ bunch
Curry leaves 8
Oil as required
Method
Marinate chicken with all spices for 10 min , now heat oil fry chicken and remove , now in remaining oil sauté the onion , now add tomatoes , salt ,m, ginger garlic ,and curry leaves cook for 5 min , now add fried chicken , yogurt , lemon juice , ginger , coriander and cook 10 min , lastly simmer and serve .
Pineapple ka meetha:
Ingredients
Vermicelli 1packet
Fresh cream 1cup
Cream cheese 1cup
Cottage cheese 200gm
Condensed milk 1tin
Almond, pistachios ½ cup
Pineapple 1tin
Oil as required
Method
Fry kunafa Vermicelli’s , now crush them and place the half Vermicelli’s in a dish , now mix fresh cream , condensed milk and cream cheese , then pour this in Vermicelli’s , now place remaining Vermicelli’s , pineapple , cottage cheese and almonds , pistachios and serve.
