Singaporian rice
500 gm boneless chicken cut in cubes
1 capsicum cut into cubes
2 spring onion finely chopped
1 onion chopped
1tsp garlic
5 green chillies
2tbsp soyasauce
1tbsp lemon juice
1tsp black pepper
1tsp red chili powder
1/2tsp cumin roasted and crushed
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1tbsp chili garlic sauce
1tsp salt
1 cup italia olive oil
Ingredients for rice
1/2 kg boiled rice
2tbsp crushed garlic
10 green chillies sliced and fried
1 capsicum sliced
2 spring onion chopped
1 onion cube
1 Carrots cut in cubes
1tsp salt
1 cup italia olive oil
2 cups boiled spaghetti
Ingredients for mayo sauce
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
4tbsp ketchup
4tbsp chili garlic sauce
2tbsp vinegar
Method for mayo sauce
Mix all together
Method for chicken curry
Heat italia olive oil ,add crushed garlic with chili, chicken and all the seasonings with half cup water. Cover and cook till chicken tender and sauce thickens. Fry all the vegetables in 1 cup Italia olive oil for 2 minutes. Fry crushed garlic till golden fry green chillies, keep aside.
To assemble
Put rice in a platter,top with chicken mixture, spaghetti, fried vegetables mixture topped with mayo sauce, fried garlic and green chillies. Serve.
