Stuffed Hari Mirchain:
Ingredients
Big green chilies 250 gm
Boiled potatoes mashed 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed coriander 1 tsp
Crushed cumin 1tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Mango powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Ingredients for batter
Gram flour 1 cup heaped
Salt pinch
Crushed red pepper ¼ tsp
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Method
Boil and mash potatoes, mix with all the seasonings, fill in green chilies, make batter with given ingredients, dip stuffed green chilies in batter and deep fry.
Sandwiched Shahi Tukray:
Ingredients
Bread fried cut round 12slices
Rabri ½ kg
Almonds and pistachio 2 tbsp
Ingredients for sugar syrup
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1 ½ cup
Ingredients for milk mixture
Powder milk ½ cup
Water 1 ½ cup
Saffron ½ tsp
Method
mix powder milk and water with saffron and cook this mixture to thick)
Method to assemble
Spread rabri on 1 round fried bread, top with 2nd fried round on top, put half cooked sheera in a dish, top with bread sandwich, then top with leftover sheera, then cooked milk mixture, leave it for 20 mins, turn the side after 10 mins, garnish with almonds and pistachio and serve.
Mango pinacolada smoothie:
Ingredients
Mango flavor 2 tbsp
Mango puree 1 cup
Coconut milk powder 4 tbsp heaped
Water ½ cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Ice cubes 1 cup
Method
Blend all together, serve chilled
