Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Melted Butter 4 tbsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Warm Milk as You Required
Powder Sugar 1 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Chicken Ingredients:
Chicken 250 gms
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
National Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
National Cumin Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
National Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp (Crushed)
Oil 2 tbsp
Sauce Ingredients:
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
Sesame 1 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 2 (Chopped)
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Topping Ingredients:
Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup (Grated)
Shawarma Sauce 1 tbsp
Pizza Sauce 1 tbsp
Black Olives as you Required
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Small Onion 1 (Chopped)
Small Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Dough Direction:
Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Powder Sugar, National Salt, Instant Yeast and mix it well and then add Melted Butter and mix it with hands and then knead it with normal Warm Milk. Knead it for 10 minutes until perfect dough is ready. After that cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hours or until it’s rise.
Chicken Direction:
Take a bowl and add Chicken, Yogurt, Coriander Powder, National Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, National Salt, National Red Chilli Powder, National Turmeric Powder and mix it well and then take a pan/pot and add oil and Garlic and slightly fry it and then put the chicken and stir it well and cover with lid and cook it for 20 minutes on medium to low flame. After that Remove the lid and stir it on high flame for 2 minutes. Now your Chicken is Ready.
Sauce Direction:
Take a blender jar and add Sesame, Garlic Cloves, Black Pepper, Lemon Juice, Oil, Mayonnaise and blend it well. Your sacue is ready.
Topping Direction:
Remove the cover from dough and punch it and dust dry flour on the slab and roll it and cut it into 2 parts one for tawa and second for patila.
Topping Direction for Patila:
Take a dough ball and roll it and place on a baking pan (grease with oil) and set it well and then spread pizza sauce and then spread Shawarma Sauce and then sprinkle Cheddar Cheese and then place chicken and then sprinkle Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Black Olives and cover it with Cheddar Cheese and this is ready for baking. Now Bake it into preheated (preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame) patila for 20 to 30 minutes on medium to low flame. After that your Pizza is Ready and topping it with Shawarma Sauce.
Topping Direction for Tawa:
Take a dough ball and roll it and place on a preheated tawa and cook it from both sides and then spread pizza sauce and then spread Shawarma Sauce and then sprinkle Cheddar Cheese and then place chicken and then sprinkle Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Black Olives and cover it with Cheddar Cheese and this is ready for baking. Now Bake it into preheated tawa (with lid/cover) for 2 minutes on very low flame. After that your Pizza is Ready and topping it with Shawarma Sauce.
