Shaljam Gosht Shorba:
Ingredients:
Mutton or beef meat ½ kg
Turnips 4-5
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ground onion 1
Chopped onion 1
Yogurt ½ cup
Boiled ground tomatoes 2
Fried onion 1 tbsp
Salt, chili, turmeric as required
Ground onion 1 tbsp
Fennel ground ¾ tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Green coriander, green chilies as required
Method:
Heat oil add chopped onion fry well. Add beef or mutton with ginger garlic paste cook well. Also add ground onion, salt, chili, turmeric, coriander powder, ground tomatoes and yogurt cook well. Add water cook till meat is done. Peel off turnip wash with salt and fry in hot oil. Add in meat with green chilies, fried onion, fennel and all spice cook well. Add water cook till turnip is done. When grave becomes thick remove in a dish. Garnish with green coriander and green chilies.

Chatpatti Aalu Matar Tikki:
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes 3-4
Boiled peas 1 cup
Chopped coriander, mint, green chilies 4 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 1-1/2 tbsp
Tamarind powder 1 tbsp
Chopper coriander, cumin 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Chopped onion 1
Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
Ingredients for coating:
Gram flour ¾ cup
Soda 2 pinches
Rice flour 1 tbsp
Carom 1 tsp
Salt, chilies, turmeric as required
Oil for frying

Method:
Mash potatoes. Add all ingredients mix well and form into tikki. Mix all ingredients of coating in water. Dip tikki in batter and fry in hot oil.
