Shahi Mutton:
Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Yogurt 250 gm
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Butter 100 gm
Cinnamon 4 sticks
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Almond powder 1 tbsp
Cashew nut powder 1 tbsp
Saffron as required
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Cardamom 2
Milk 1cup
Finely cut ginger 1 tbsp
Green chili 3-4
Green coriander a required
Method
Put yogurt, ginger garlic, red chili powder, salt, almond powder and cashew nut powder on mutton and leave for 1 hour. Now add this in pan and cover it. When it gets tender then add finely cut ginger, green chili, cumin and green coriander. Dissolve saffron in milk and add then leave it on dum for 5 minutes till boil comes. Now add sizzling effect of cinnamon, cardamom and butter on it.

Shahi Thaal:
Ingredients:
Porridge 1 cup
Bread slices (Fried) 6
Sugar 1 cup
Water ½ cup
Yellow color 1 pinch
Saffron 1 pinch
Whole dried milk ½ kg
Sterling silver leaves 4
Cashew nut 2 tbsp
Almonds 2 tbsp
Raisins, pistachios 2 tbsp
Milk ½ liter
Ashrafiyan 1 cup
Cardamom ½ tsp
Method
In water add sugar, saffron and yellow color and make sugar syrup then turn off the flame. Now cook Porridge in milk. When it gets dissolved then turn off the flame. Now put bread slices in a thaal then pour sugar syrup over it. Then spread whole dried milk and milk over it. Then put dry fruit, ashrafiyan and sterling silver leaves on it.

Makhni Garlic Naan :
Ingredients:
White flour ½ kg
Yeast 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Hot water as required
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Butter 50 gm
Method:
In a bowl mix yeast, salt, flour and oil with hot water, knead well. Leave for 1 hour. When dough rise, knead it again. Make naan from the batter. In separate bowl add garlic, coriander and butter mix well. Apply on naan and bake at 180 C for 30 minute.
