Gulatti:

Ingredients:

Rice ½ kg
Sugar ½ kg
Ghee ½ cup
Whole dried milk 250 gm
Almonds, pistachios (slices) 2 tbsp
Green cardamoms 6
pethe ki mithai chopped 250 gm
screw pine essence few drops

Method:
Soak rice for 2 hours.
Now boil rice till full done.
In a pan, heat ghee add cardamom with half cup water and sugar, cook stirring till sugar melts.
Add fried khoya, cook till khoya dissolved and slightily brownish.
Add boiled rice and keep stirring.
After this add finely chopped pethe ki mithai, almonds and pistachio and mix.
In the end, add few drops of kewra essence, let it simmer until gulati is ready.

Hari piyaz qeema :

Ingredients

Beef mince ½ kg
Boiled spinach 1 kg
Spring onion 250 gm
Green chili 6
Tomatoes ½ kg
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Bay leaves ½ tsp
Oil as required

Method:
In a wok, add mince, water, tomato, ginger and all the other spices. Allow it cook. Once the water is dry, add spinach and oil. Cook for a while. Then add spring onions and green chilies, cover it for 10 minutes and serve hot.
