Recipe:

Beef mince.   1kg

Garlic ginger.    3 tb/sp

Onion fry fine chop.    2 medium 

Coriander leave.       1/2bunch

Green chilli fine chop.        6-8

Black pepper crush.      1/2t/sp

Cumin seed crush.        1t/sp

Crush red chilli.            1 tb/sp

Crud for softness.          100gm

National chat masla.     1 t/sp

National gram masla.     1/2t/so

Oil.                 100 gm 

Lemon juice.           2tb/sp

Method  :

Take a bowl put mine fine grind .pour into all masla mixed well .then make seekh kabbab pour oil with the help of brush the cook on coal .

Serve with raita and imilli chutni

For garnish :

onion, cucumber tomato and salad leave.
