Sabzi Qeema:
Ingredients:
Chicken Mince ½ kg
Butter 50 gm
Potato ½ kg
Carrots 2
Capsicums 2
Green Chilies 1 gm
Cumin Seeds 2 tbsp
Green Peas 1 cup
Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Bay Leaves 4
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
Onion 2
Fresh Coriander as required
Oil ½ cup
Tomatoes 4
METHOD:
In a wok, add mince, ginger garlic, chili flakes, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and tomatoes, cook until the water dries. Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan and sauté the vegetables, until it is tender. Once it is done, add the vegetables in the mince mixture. Add bay leaves and green chilies and cover the lid for at least 10 minutes. In the end, add fresh coriander and serve hot.
Nauratan Sevaiyan:
Ingredients:
Vermicelli 1 packet
Yellow Food Color ½ tsp
Asharifyan 1 cup
Chum chum 1 cup
Dried milk 250 grams
Sugar 1-1/2 cup
Clarified butter 1 cup
Milk ½ kg
Almonds as required
Pistachios as required
Silver Leaves as required
Cardamom ½ tsp
Method:
In a pan, heat clarified butter, add vermicelli and fry well.
Now add milk, yellow food color, cardamom and cook on low flame.
When dries milk, add sugar till cook water dries.
Now add khoya, pistachios and almonds.
After this, add now take it out in a dish.
Add asharifyan, chumchum, silver leaves.
Cheeku Shake :
Ingredients:
Milk ½ liter
Cream 1 cup
Condensed milk ½ cup
Ice 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Sapodilla 250 gm
Method:
Cut the Sapodilla and cook in a pan and let it cool. After this blend with milk ,ice ,condensed milk ,sugar and cream .then serve it .
