Ingerdients:
chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 pieces)
National ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
cashew nuts 10 (grinned to a powder)
almonds 10 (grinned to a powder)
desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
thick yogurt 1 cup
fried onions 4 tbsp
National garam masala powder ½ tsp
National cumin seeds 2 tsp
National red chilli powder 1 & ½ tsp
National salt 1 & ½ tsp
National Korma Masala
Ghee or oil ¾ cup
Fresh coriander 4 tbsp
green chilli 3 (sliced)
Recipe:
in a bowl add chicken,National salt,National ginger & garlic paste, yogurt mix and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
heat ghee or oil, National cumin seeds fry on high flame for a minute.
Then add the chicken,National Korma Masala, National red chilli powder, almonds, cashew nuts, coconut mix and add water 1 cup, mix wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium till the oil comes on surface and chicken tender.
now add fried onions, green chilli, garam masala powder cover and simmer on low flame for 8 minutes.
add fresh coriander mix. serve hot with Shermal, Roghni Naan.
