Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 1 kg
Onion chopped 2
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic crushed 1-1/2 tsp
Soya chopped 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Coriander ground 1 tsp
All spice 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 1 piece
Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches
Oil 1/2 cup
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Method:
Heat oil and put cinnamon and 2 green cardamom.
Then add onion chopped and fry until light brown.
Now put ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
Then put soya and fenugreek leaves and fry until oil comes up.
Now put all spice, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin and chicken and fry it nicely.
Then put 1 cup water, cover it and simmer it for 20 minutes until chicken tender and gravy is thick.
