Ingredients
– Mutton liver ½ kg (cubed)
– Green chilies 4 (chopped)
– Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
– Red chili powder 1 tsp
– Cumin powder 1 tsp
– Coriander powder 1 tsp-
– Salt to taste
– Garam masala powder ½ tsp

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Put in mutton liver and coat with marination and leave for 2 hours. Put liver on skewers and cook on BBQ grill until done. Serve hot with mint dip.
