Ingredients:

Chicken (16 pieces) 1
Eggs 1
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Flour 1-1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Green chili paste 1 tsp
All spice 1/2 tsp

Other Ingredients:

Curd 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Orange red color 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves handful
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Green chilies 6
Coriander leaves chopped few

Method:

Marinate chicken with egg, salt, corn flour, flour, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, green chili paste and all spice and deep fry for 15 minutes.
Now put salt and orange red color in curd and strain it.
Then heat oil, put curry leaves, green chilies and curd with soya sauce and chicken pieces and cook until water dries.
Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
