Chicken 1/2 kg
Beef mince 250 gm
Wheat boiled 250 gm
Yogurt 250 gm
Spinach boiled 250 gm
Oil 1 cup
Red chili 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Green chilies paste 3 tbsp

Chaat masala for garnish
Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
Now put salt, chicken, ginger garlic paste, green chilies paste, 1 glass water and red chili powder and cook on medium flame.
When chicken tender, roast it, add boiled wheat, put 1 glass water more and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
Then put red chili powder, onion and salt in beef mince and grind finely.
Then make 1 inch thick and long kabab and fry in 1/2 cup oil.
Now close hareesa, put kabab and put remaining oil.
Then garnish with green chilies, coriander leaves and lemon juice, sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
