Chicken Dum Biryani
  • Ingredients:
  • 20 g Garam Masalah
  • Salt as needed
  • ½ Cup cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Whole cumin
  • 700 g chicken
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ Cup Mashed tomatoes
  • 1 kg Guard Rice
  • Garnish (Tomato, cumin, coriander, ginger)
  • 1 tsp yellow food color
  • 1 coal
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup Maida
  • Cooking Method:
  • Add Guard rice in water and soak them for 20-25 minutes.
  • In a bowel add water, , whole Garam Masalah, Salt, Cooking Oil ( 1 tbsp), and separate it by straining. Add Rice and cook it
  • Now take a pan, add cooking oil (1 tbsp) in this pan, now add ginger garlic paste, whole cumin, mashed tomatoes, chicken, salt, Red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, cook it for 2-3 minutes, then simmer it for 5-7 Minutes
  • Then add garnish, brown onions, and fry
  • Now take a cooking pot, add Masalah which we have prepared, boiled rice, garnish and repeat this process
  • Now add yellow food color and shake it
  • Now Keep an Ember foil, Butter, Maida and oven bake for 5 to 7 minutes at 180 degree celsius
  • Your spicy Dum Biryani is ready to serve
