Ingredients

  • Beef Mince: 500g
  • Spiral Pasta: 300g (boiled)
  • Onion: 1 medium (finely chopped)
  • Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
  • Tomato Puree: 1/2 cup
  • Red Chili Flakes: 1 tsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano: 1/2 tsp
  • Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup (grated)
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Fresh Parsley: for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and garlic paste. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add minced beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Add salt, pepper, red chili flakes, and oregano. Stir in tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the boiled spiral pasta, beef mixture, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Repeat layers and finish with cheese on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
