Ingredients
- Chicken breast 2
- Manda strips 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili 1 tsp (crushed)
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Onion 1 (medium)
- Capsicum 1 (medium)
- Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
- Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
- Peas 1 cup (boiled)
- Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
Cooking Directions
- First, cut chicken breast into one to two layers.
- Now add chicken breast, salt, garlic paste, red chili and lemon juice in one bowl and marinate it.
- Now pour oil in grill pan and grill it lightly.
- Now cut tomato, onion and capsicum into finely in one bowl.
- Add boiled peas and chopped green coriander.
- Now cut manda strips into 5×5 square pieces.
- Join 2 2 pieces together and keep vegetables.
- Then keep chicken pieces on top.
- Keep mozzarella cheese, keep in muffin tray and bake in oven for 10 to 12 minutes on 190 degrees C.
- When golden, take it out and serve.
