The desi Rasmalai gets a firangi twist.
RASMALAI MOUSSE IN ORANGE CUPS
Ingredients
6 squeezed rasmalai, finely chopped + for garnish
3-4 tbsps flavoured milk (left over rasmalai milk) + for drizzling
½ cup white chocolate ganache
1 cup whipped cream
1 tbsp slivered almonds + for garnishing
1 tbsp slivered pistachios + for garnishing
4 orange peel cups to serve
Method
1. In a bowl, mix together chocolate ganache and whipped cream.
2. Add the chopped rasmalai and the flavored milk to the chocolate-cream mixture and mix well.
3. Add almonds and pistachios and mix well. Fill the prepared mixture into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle. Pipe in the mixture into individual orange cups.
4. Slice a rasmalai and place a slice over each cup. Drizzle some flavoured milk on each, garnish with pistachios and almonds and serve chilled.
