ITALIA Oil
– ginger garlic paste 2tblsp
– 3 Green Chili Chopped
– 1 tsp Whole Cumin
– Mince half kg
– 2 tbsp Yogurt
– As per taste Salt
– 1-1/2 tbsp Red Chili Crushed
– 1 tbsp Coriander Crushed
– 1 tbsp Cumin Crushed
– 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek
Fresh green coriander
Ginger
Green chillies
4to6 tomatoes cut in cubes
Cooking Method
1- In a pan, add oil, garlic, ginger, green chili, whole cumin, chicken mince and cook for 2-3 minutes.
add tomato, salt, red chili crushed, coriander crushed, cumin crushed, dried fenugreek and bhoonify well cook till qeema and tomatoes tender simmer for some minutes.
