POTLI PULAO
Recipe:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Rice 1/2 kg
Italia olive Oil 1/2cup
Hubsalt to taste
Onion 2 medium chopped
Tomatoes 3 big chopped
Fried onion for garnishing
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Green chili paste 2tbsp
Potatoes 6 pieces
For potli :
Kali mirch 1tsp
Elaichi 4 to 5
Badyaan 2
Darcheeni 2 sticks
Long 8
Zeera 1tbsp
Sabit dhaniya 1 tbsp
Saunf 1 tbsp
Method :
Heat oil add chopped onion and fry them now add chicken and fry till it turned colour.
Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies paste, salt, tomatoes.
Cook until tomatoes softened.
Add potatoes, and potli of whole spices .
Cook until it’s done add water as required.
Add soaked rice and salt to taste, let them cook on high flame, when water dries put them in dum for 10 mins. Sprinkle fried onion nd coriander leaves.
