Ingredients
- Egg 1
- All purpose flour ½ cup
- Sugar powder ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- For Topping:
- Condense milk 1 tin
- Pineapple 1
- Eggs 4
- Milk 2 cup
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Cooking Directions
- In a bowl add egg, oil, sugar, vanilla essence and baking powder; beat all the above ingredients properly with the help of beater.
- Now add all purpose flour and fold it properly.
- Now grease the oven tray and pour the mixture and put it into pre-heated oven for 20 minutes on 200 degree centigrade.
- For Topping:
- In a blender add milk, condense milk, vanilla essence and eggs, and blend it well.
- Now take out the spong and add pineapple pieces.
- After this pour the prepared mixture and bake it again for half an hour.
- Pineapple pudding is ready.
