Pineapple Pudding

Ingredients

  • Egg 1
  • All purpose flour ½ cup
  • Sugar powder ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • For Topping:
  • Condense milk 1 tin
  • Pineapple 1
  • Eggs 4
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl add egg, oil, sugar, vanilla essence and baking powder; beat all the above ingredients properly with the help of beater.
  2. Now add all purpose flour and fold it properly.
  3. Now grease the oven tray and pour the mixture and put it into pre-heated oven for 20 minutes on 200 degree centigrade.
  4. For Topping:
  5. In a blender add milk, condense milk, vanilla essence and eggs, and blend it well.
  6. Now take out the spong and add pineapple pieces.
  7. After this pour the prepared mixture and bake it again for half an hour.
  8. Pineapple pudding is ready.
