This quick and easy chaat with roasted urad dal papads is sure to take care of your mid evening hunger pangs.
PAPAD CHAAT
Ingredients
4-5 urad dal papads
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped tomato
2 tablespoons seeded and finely chopped cucumber
1teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1½ teaspoons red chilli garlic chutney
½ tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves + for sprinkling
Salt to taste
Sev for sprinkling
Method
1. Roast papads on a hot non-stick tawa on low heat pressing lightly with a muslin cloth. Set aside to cool.
2. Mix together onions, tomatoes, cucumber, chaat masala, chilli garlic chutney, coriander leaves, crushed roasted papads and salt in a bowl.
3. Sprinkle some coriander and sev and serve immediately.
