PAPAD CHAAT
Ingredients
1 garlic papad
1 urad dal papad
1 punjabi masala papad
2 tbsps chopped raw mango
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
½ small cucumber, finely chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
2 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves + for garnish
2 tbsps fried onion
½ tsp Tata Sampann Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1½ tbsps ghee
Nylon sev for garnish
Method
1. Roast garlic papad, urad dal papad, punjabi masala papad, on a direct fire and place them in a bowl and crush them.
2. Add raw mango, tomato, onion, cucumber, green chillies, chopped coriander and fried onion.
3. Add Tata Sampann Red Chilli Powder, salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, amchur, and drizzle ghee. Mix till well combined.
4. Transfer into a serving plate, garnish with sev and chopped coriander. Serve.
