New Chapli Kabab Roll Recipe

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
National Salt 1 tsp
Water as you required
Oil 2 tbsp

Chapli Kabab Ingredients:

Chicken Mince 500 gms
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Chilli 2 to 4 (Chopped)
Egg 1
National Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
National Cumin Powder 1 tsp
National Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Pomegranate Seeds 1 tsp
Chickpea Flour 2 tbsp

Mayo Sauce Ingredients:

Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
National Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp
National Vinegar 1 tsp

Other Ingredients:

National Ketchup & Chili Garlic Sauce
Mayo Sauce
Onion
Tomato
Cucumber

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with water and add oil and knead it well until it become into perfect shape. After that cover it and rest it for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Tomato, Onion, Green Coriander, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilli, Egg, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Pomegranate Seeds, Chickpea Flour and mix it well and make chapli kabab shape and shallow fry it into preheated fry pan. Your Chapli kabab is Ready.

Step 3: Now go for making paratha/roti/bread remove the cover from dough and make small ball of the dough and dust dry flour on slab and press the ball and rolling it and make roti and put it on preheated tawa/pan and cook it from both side. You can use some oil if you want. Your paratha/roti/bread is ready.

Step 4: Now take a bowl and add Mayonnaise, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder, Vinegar and mix it well. Your Mayo Sauce is Ready.

Step 5: Now take a paratha/roti/bread and spread Ketchup & Chili Garlic Sauce and Mayo Sauce and then place chapli kabab (cut it into small pieces) and then place Chopped Onion, Tomato, Cucumber and roll it. Your Roll is Ready. Follow this Steps and make all Chapli Kabab Roll.
