Ingredients
Lamb meat 1 kg (mutton can also be used)
Onion (chopped) 2
Garlic (chopped) 6 cloves
Ginger (chopped) 1/2 inch piece
Yogurt 1 cup
Tomato (chopped) 3
Black pepper 10 grains
Cardamom (bari ilaichi) 2
Cinnamon (daar cheeni) 2
Clove 8
Red pepper (whole) 12
Corriander (sabut dhanya) 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
National Salt according to taste
Fresh corriander 1 cup

Cooking Directions
Take oil in a pan and heat it for a while.
Add chopped onions, National ginger and garlic in it.
Cook them for a few minutes and add meat in it.
Then add yogurt, tomatoes, black pepper amd cardamom in it.
Also add cinnamon, clove, red pepper and corriander in it.
Mix them all and cook for a while.
Then add white cumin and National salt.
Let the meat cook well for sometime, till it gets tender.
Then add fresh corriander and chopped green chillies on top.
Cover the lid and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
