Mutton Kunna 

 

Ingredients

 

– 1 cup Desi Ghee-

 1 Onion-

 1 tbsp Whole White Cumin- 

1 tbsp Green Chili

– 2 tbsp Nationak Ginger Garlic Paste- 

700g Mutton- 

As per taste  National Salt-

 1-1/2 tbsp National Red Chili Powder-

 1 tbsp National Coriander Powder-

 1 tsp national Turmeric- 

1 tsp National Garam Masala Powder- 

1 cup Mutton Stock- 

5g Green Coriander-

 5g Ginger- 

1 tbsp Black Cumin- 

3 tsp Wheat FlourCooking Method

1- In a clay cooking pot, add desi ghee and bring to heat 2- Now, add onion, whole white cumin, green chili and cook until light brown 3- Now, add ginger garlic paste, mutton and cook for 2-3 minutes 4- Now, add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder and mix them well 5- Now, simmer for 35-40 minutes on low flame, then cook for 5-7 minutes 6- Now, add mutton stock, wheat flour mixed in water 7- Now, use green coriander, ginger, green chili for garnish
