=> Method :
For adha kilo chanay:
▪Sab se pehle chanay boil krne rakh den. Jitni dair mein boil honge tab tk tarqa tyar krna hai. Jis mein sab se pehle 1 medium pyaz ko sliced cut karen.
▪Bht saray ghee mein fry krna hai. Jb pyaz fry horha ho tou is mein 5 long, 8 kali mirch sabut, 2 bari ilaichi, 2 stick daar chini, 1 tbsp zeera..ye sab dalen..
▪Phr laal mirch, kutti lal mirch aur haldi dalen…pyaz brown hojae tou burner band krden.
▪Ab ghee ko ek bartan mein nikal len..srf ghee..masala nai..ghee ko side pr rakhen..aur jo masala hai is k andar 3tbsp besan ka paste bana k aur is mein 2 cup jitna pani dal k mix karen.
▪Is besan ko bhunte rehna hai thora thora pani dal k..pani kam ho phr thora aur dalen..aur pakate jaen..is mein ab pisa hua adrak ya adrak paste, namak aur sukha dhania pwder dalen..aur itna pakaen k besan brown hojae acha sa.
▪Jitna acha besan paka hoga utna acha taste bane ga..ni tou besan ki smel aegi.
▪Besan ko thori thori dair mein hilate rehna hai warna lag jae ga..ek ek sip pani dal k khub achi tarah pakana hai besan.
▪Jab brown hojae pak k..then add boiled chanay with its water. Isi k pani mein garha krlen salan… ek chutki jitna mitha soda add krlen..
▪Jab gravy thick hojae tou dish out karen aur upar wo ghee dalen jo starting mein alag kia tha.
▪U can add boiled eggs in it. Garnish it with coriander leaves n green chilli. (Optional)
▪Serve with roti/ naan/ paratha/ poori/ bhatura/ rice.
