Ingredients
Chicken 500gm
National Tika masala 3Tbls
Oil or ghee 2Tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli half Tsp
Lemon juice 30 gm
Instructions
Marinate all ingredients
First cook on low flame for 10 min then on high flame for 5 min . Give smoke .
For Paratha
Take 250 gm All purpose flour add some salt and knead well .
Make 5 Paratha
Assembling
Take one Paratha
Place chicken
Place some onion ( if you like )
Add some green Raitta ( of Availble )
