INGREDIENTS FOR FISH PALAK:
Fish adha kilo or 5 to 6 pieces
Palak 4 bundles (approx, u can add or less)
Onion 1 large sliced
Tomatoes 2
Raw garam masala : kali mirch 5 se 6, laung 3 se 4, daar chini 2 sticks, bari ilaichi 1, zeera 1tbsp
Dahi half cup
Laal mirch, haldi, kutti laal mirch sab kuch 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Jaifel javetri 1/4th tsp
Sukha dhania 2 tsp
Qasoori methi 1tbsp
Milk 1/4th cup
Pisa garam masala 1tsp
Oil ya ghee half cup
METHOD:
Sab se pehle pyaz fry karen ..us mein sabt garam masala add karen, tamatr dalen, namak mirch sukha dhania kutti laal mirch jaifel javtri sab kuch daal k bhunay, pgr dahi daal k achay se mix karen aur fish daal den.
Fish ek side se pak jae tou uski side chage karen, jb dusri side b hojae tou fish ko ek plate nein nikal len. Fish ko poora nai pakana..na he pani dalna hai.
Ab palak ko halka boil kr k 2 se 3 secnd k lye grind kr k fish walay masalay mein daal den pani k sath..palak aadhi pak jae tou is mein milk dalen..jab thora pani reh jae tou pisa garam masala, methi aur fish ko daal den aur dam pr para rehne den.. chamach ziada nai chalana ab..pan ko pakar k hilana hai bas..ghee alag hojae tou salan ready hai.
INGREDIENTS FOR DEGI RICE:
Rice 4 cups
Salt 1 tbsp
Sabt garam masala
Milk ( jitna aap chawal boil krte hue pani dalte ho uska 4th part milk ka dalen , baki 3 hisay pani k)
Dahi 3tbsp
Hari mirch 2
Zarda rang half tsp mix in water.
METHOD:
Ghee mein garam masala karkara len..
Phr dahi dalen…bhoon k phr milk aur pani daal den, salt daalen..boil aanay pr rice daal den..dam k waqt hari mirch aur zarda rang dal k dam den.
