Ingredients
½ packet noodles
200 gms. Carrots
2 bunches Spring onions
National Salt and pepper to taste
½ litre Chicken stock
A dash of soya sauce
400 gms. Chicken shreds
100 gms. French beans
2 pinches ajinomotto
Boil noodles, drain and keep aside.
Clean and cut all vegetables into thin long strips.
Heat chicken stock in a pan.
Add shredded chicken and all the vegetables.
Add seasoning and soya sauce.
Put in boiled noodles and serve hot.
