Ingredients

Chicken leg piece 2

Dry yogurt 4 tbsp

National  Garlic paste 1 tsp

Lemon juice 3 tbsp

Black pepper crushed ½ tsp

National Red chili powder 1 tsp

National Turmeric powder ½ tsp

Food color 1 pinch

Oil 1 tbsp

National Salt as required

Cooking Directions

Mark the chicken pieces with the help of knife.

 

Put yogurt, salt, black pepper, oil, lemon juice, food color,National  red chili powder, garlic paste, turmeric powder, and all spice powder in bowl and mix it well.

 

Marinate the chicken in this batter.

 

Grease the oven tray and put chicken.

 

Bake, steam or fry the chicken.
