Brain masala karahi recipe
Ingredients
Brain 1
Garlic 3
Raw onion paste2
Chopped tomatoes3
Yogurt ½ cup
National All spice powder 1 tsp
National Turmeric powder 1 tsp
National red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper corn 6
National White cumin seeds ½ tsp
National Salt to taste
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 4
Lemons 2
Oil 1 cup
Cooking Instructions
Wash the brain and add in 3 garlic cloves and 3 black pepper corn.
Boil it then clean it and cut it into pieces.
Now take some oil in the pan, add in 2 raw onion paste and fry it till it is golden brown.
Now add in chopped ginger and garlic, salt, chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp all spice powder.
Cook it well and add in the brain.
Gradually add in 1 cup oil and keep on moving the pan. Don’t use spoon in it.
Now grind 1 tsp coriander seeds, ½ tsp cumin seeds and black pepper corns together.
Add it in pan and in the end add in 2 lemon juice ginger, green chilies and chopped coriander. Serve hot.
