Murgh Musallam:
Ingredients:
Whole Chicken 1
Onion Paste 1 cup
Fried Onion 1 cup
Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
Nutmeg Powder ½ tsp
Mace Powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Yogurt 250 gms
Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
Ghee ½ cup
Egg (boiled) for garnishing
Khewra few drops
Red Chili 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Method:
• Marinate chicken with, red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, ginger garlic, salt and leave it half an hour.
• Now heat ghee, add onion paste.
• When dries water, add chicken and cook on low flame and cover it.
• After this, add yogurt, nutmeg powder, mace powder, cardamom powder, fried onion, khewra, garam masala powder and mix.
• Then add in murgh and cook for 20 minutes.
• When oil comes the surface and removes from the stove.
• Garnsih with boiled eggs and serve.
Beef Pulao:
Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Rice ½ kg
Yogurt 250 gram
Onion 2
Green chilies 10
Green coriander 1 bunch
Mint 1 bunch
Whole Black Pepper 1 tsp
Black cumin 1 tsp
Cloves 6
Green Cardamom 4
Black Cardamom 4
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 6 cloves
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil or clarified butter 250 gram
Method
Add 4 glasses of water in mutton. Now in muslin cloth put whole all spice, ginger and garlic and make pouch then add it in mutton and let it cook. When 2 glass of water left then add beaten yogurt and cook for 10 minutes. Now separate stock and meat. Then heat oil or clarified butter and fry onion in it until golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and meat and saute it well. Now add soaked rice and stock. When rice simmer then add green coriander, mint, green chilies and crushed black cumin.
