Fried Spicy Dhokla:
ingredients:
Gram flour 2 cup
Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
For Masala frying:
Yogurt ½ cup
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Method:
In a pan add 2 cups of water. Then add salt, cumin, oil, yogurt, crushed red chili and turmeric add and cook .then add gram flour mix .then grace the dish and pour the batter when freez the mixture and then cut it .for masala fries in a pan all ingredients mix and add the dhokla and fry till then red and serve .

Khausay Rice:
Ingredients:
Boil rice 2 cup
Boil noodles 1 cup
Chicken 250 grams
Tomato paste 3-4 tomatoes
Onion 1
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Whole button chilies 4
Green chili 5-6
Garlic 4
Cloves 3
Mustard Seeds 1 tbsp
Spring onion ½ cup
Cauliflower ½ cup
Capsicums ½ cup
Method:
One cup oil heat and fry ginger garlic paste and onion fry .then add tomato paste and all spices mix and cook .when chicken tender then stove off .now boil the rice and noodles .after this in serving dish add rice ,noodles and vegetables add and set .then heat oil and button chili ,green chili and garlic fry and do the tarka and serve .

Creamy Cocktail Custard:
Ingredients:
Milk ½ litter
Vanilla custard powder 3 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Condensed milk 1 cup
Fruit cocktail tin 1
Cream 1 packet
Method:
Boil the milk .now add vanilla custard powder and dissolve .after this add sugar and boil till than thick and remove in serving bowl then cool it .finally add cream condensed milk and fruit cocktail mix and serve .
