Cinnamon rolls :
Flour 4cup
Yeast 1tsp
Milk (warm) 1cup
Butter (sugar free) 3tbsp
Egg 1
Salt as required
Fillings ingredients:
Brown sugar 3/4cup
Butter 4tbsp
Flour 2tbsp
Cinnamon (powder) 1tbsp
Icing’s ingredients:
Butter 2-3tbsp
Icing sugar 1/2cup
Cream cheese 1/2cup
Vanilla essence few drops
For soaking take half cup warm milk and add yeast and flour to set it till the dough gets doubled. Then in half of the flour add salt, 3tbsp melted butter, yeast mixture, egg and the rest of the milk and your soft dough is ready and set it for 20-25mins in a warm place. Then take all the fillings ingredients and mix it the dough balls and roll them. Then press it with your hands and cut a 1-1/2 inches thick piece. Set them on a greased dish. Now set them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees till it gets the color. Lastly take all the icing’s ingredients and thoroughly mix them on the baked rolls and serve them hot.

Mocha Smoothie:
Milk 1 cup
Chocolate syrup 2 tbsp
Coffee powder 1 tbsp
Bananas 2-3
Ice 1 cup
In a blender all ingredients mix and blend it .

Peperoni pizza fries :
Fries 1 large bowl
Pizza sauce 1 cup
Jalapeno pepper 2 tbsp
Peperoni as required
Chopped green onion 4 tbsp
Chopped capsicum 4 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 300 grams
Mix Italian herb 1 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Oil for fries frying
