Murgh Desi Masala :
Ingredients:
Chicken ½ kg
Red chili small 10
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Coriander ½ bunch
Bay leaves 2
Black pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Green chilies chopped 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Firstly in chicken add ginger garlic ,vinegar ,crushed coriander ,bay leaves ,whole black pepper ,turmeric ,salt and crushed chili add and leave for 1 hour .now heat oil and small red chilies add well and roast it .then add marinated chicken add and roast it .when water dry then add yogurt and green coriander mix and leave on dum for 10 minutes and serve with boil rice .
Chatpati Bhindi:
Ingredients:
Tomatoes ½ kg
Onions 2
Lady finger ½ kg
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander chopped 2 tsp
Cumin crushed 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Red chilies ½ tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Method.
Firstly fry the lady finger in heated oil .now in a pan onion, ginger garlic ,red chili ,salt ,turmeric ,whole spices ,crushed coriander ,cumin and tomatoes add and after this cover it for 10 minutes .then add green chilies ,fried lady fingers and ginger then leave on dum for 10 minutes .
Qeema Spaghetti:
Ingredients
Beef Mince ½ kg
Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
Tomatoes 375 gm
Green chilies 10
Onion 2
Cumin 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Capsicum 2
Red chili 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Green coriander 1 bunch
Method
Heat oil and add ginger garlic paste. Now add mince and cook on high flame. Then add onion, tomatoes, green chilies, cumin, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, capsicum and red chili, the cover. Now add boiled spaghetti and mix when water dries then sprinkle green coriander and serve.
