Mutton main 1/2 tsp namak  laga kr 15 min k liye rakh dein

 Dahi main kajo aur badam dal kr pest bana lein aur side kr dein aub oil garam kr k piyaz brown kr k nikal lein aur phir issi oil main gosht dal kr fry kr lein halka brown kr k nikal lein aub bache hor oil main sabit garam masala dalein aur kajo badam ka pest jo dahi k sath banaya tha add kr dein 5 min pakain phir sare masale aur ginger garlic past dal kr thora bhonein phir chicken add kr k 1/2 cup pani dal kr slow flame pr pakne rakh dein 10 min bad brown piyaz hath sy chora kr k add kr dein aur thora bhon lein oil alag ho jaye tu hari mirch aur cream add kr k full flem pr pakain 1 min k liye phir slow kr k 5 min dam pr rakh dein ready hai
