Ingerdients:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Green chilies 1/2 kg
Oil 1 cup
Lemons 2
Onion 3
Curry leaves few
National Turmeric 1 tsp
National Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
Nigella seeds 1 tsp
National Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
National Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
National Salt 1 tsp
fresh coriander leaves 2 tbs
yogurt 1 cup
National red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Recipe:
Take oil in the pan and add 3 chopped onion and fry them till they are golden brown.
Add in 1 tsp turmeric, salt and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, nigella seeds,cumin powder, red chilli and meat mix well cover and cook on low to medium.
When the water of the meat dries, add yogurt and cook till the yogurt dries now add 2 cups of water and cook on low to medium till the meat is completely cooked, fry the green chillies and keep a side.
When the meat is cooked add in black pepper, fries green chilies, coriander leaves, curry leaves & lemon juice mix well and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
