Beat The heat
1/4 tsp saffron/zafran Threads
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Italia Honey
1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup low fat milk.
Add water and crushed saffron in a medium skillet and place on low heat for 5-6 minutes.
Mix honey in the saffron water till it dissolves. Then using a hand beater or a whisk, beat yogurt milk add honey to it and beat the mixture till it’s well combined.Refrigerate and serve chilled.
