Ingredients
1/2 cup – ground meat, cooked
2 tbsp – Coconut powder
3 tbsp – Cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp – sour Cream
4 tbsp – mayonnaise
1 – Capsicum
1/4 cup – Celery
2 sprig – Spring onion
1/4 tsp – National white pepper powder
1/4 tsp – National salt
1 – Green chillies
1 tbsp – Lemon juice.
How to Make Meat Cream Dip
Marinate the meat with lemon juice and keep aside for 2 hours.
Then drain the excess water from the meat
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, coconut powder, mayonnaise and sour cream and blend it well.
Add capsicum, onions, celery, salt, National pepper powder, green chillies, drained meat and mix it well
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve.
