Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken only breast and leg piece
- 4 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 mango pulp
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp red food color
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp hot spices powder
- salt to taste
- Aluminum foil as required
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method
- Rinse chicken and drain.
- Then make slits in chicken breast and leg pieces.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, hot spices powder, red food color and mango pulp.
- Mix well.
- Coat chicken pieces in this mixture.
- Cover and marinate for 1 hour.
- Now wrap chicken pieces in aluminum foil.
- Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Deep fry chicken on medium flame for 15 minutes.
- Then cover the pan with a lid and fry for another 10 minutes.
- Mango Fried Tikka Masala is ready to serve.
