Mango Fried Tikka Masala Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken only breast and leg piece
  • 4 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 mango pulp
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red food color
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp hot spices powder
  • salt to taste
  • Aluminum foil as required
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Method

  1. Rinse chicken and drain.
  2. Then make slits in chicken breast and leg pieces.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, hot spices powder, red food color and mango pulp.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Coat chicken pieces in this mixture.
  7. Cover and marinate for 1 hour.
  8. Now wrap chicken pieces in aluminum foil.
  9. Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.
  10. Deep fry chicken on medium flame for 15 minutes.
  11. Then cover the pan with a lid and fry for another 10 minutes.
  12. Mango Fried Tikka Masala is ready to serve.
