Ingredients:

Boiled Potatoes 2 (Chopped)
Boiled Peas 1/2 Cup
Cabbage 1/4 Cup (Chopped)
Capsicum 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Carrot 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Boiled Corn 2 tbsp
Onion 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Button Red Chilli 1 tbsp (Crushed)
National Cumin Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Plain Flour 2 tbsp
National Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Bread Crumbs as you required
Oil for Fry

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil and add Onion and slightly fry it and then add Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage, Button Red Chilli, Boiled Peas, Boiled Potatoes, National Cumin Powder, National Salt, Green Coriander, Green Chilli and stir it and then add Lemon Juice, National Chaat Masala and stir it and cook for 1 minute on medium flame.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and put this and mashed it well. and add 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs and mix it well and make kabab with this batter.

Step 3: Take a bowl add Plain flour and add 1/4 Water and mix it well.
Step 4: Now take a kabab and dip into flour water paste and then coating with Bread Crumbs and fry it on medium flame. Your Vegetable Kabab is Ready.
