Khubani Ka Halwa :
Ingredients:
Soaked grinded apricots 1-1/2 cup
Whole dried milk ¾ cup
Roasted semolina 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 cup
Clarified butter ¾ cup
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Yellow food color ½ tsp
Almonds for garnish
Method:
Heat clarified butter and roast semolina then add apricot paste ,sugar ,yellow food color ,cardamom powder mix and leave on dum .when semolina tender then add whole dried milk mix and garnish with almonds and serve .
Bihari Dum Pasanday:
Ingredients:
Beef Fillets (pasanday) ½ kg
Raw papaya 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed fried onion 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Turmeric as required
Red chili powder as required
Oil 2 tbsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
White cumin powder 1 tsp
Whole spices powder 1 tbsp
Roasted grinded chickpeas 1-1/2 tbsp
Mustard oil ½ cup
Finely cut ginger for garnishing
Mint for garnishing
Green chili for garnishing
Onion rings for garnishing
Method:
In Beef pasanday add raw papaya and salt then leave for 2 hour .then add ginger garlic paste ,salt ,red chili powder ,turmeric ,yogurt ,cumin ,all spices and 2 tbsp of oil add and leave for 2 hour .now mustard oil heat then add whole spices add and fry then add marinated pasanda and roast well and add ½ cup of water add and cook till then pasanda tender .finally roasted fried onion ,roasted grinded chickpeas add and leave on dum for 5 minutes then garnish with garnish ingredients and serve .
