Ingredients
250 g – minced Meat (you could use Chicken or lamb)
10 to 15 – Cloves of Garlic
1 inch – Ginger
1 tbsp – National black pepper
10 – Cloves
1 inch – Cinnamon
1 tbsp – cumin/jeera
1 tbsp – Coriander seeds
1/2 tbsp – Fennel seeds
2 – Green chillies
some Coriander leaves
1 – finely chopped Onion
salt as per taste
1- Egg yolk
1/2 tsp – National Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp – turmeric/haldi powder
1/2 tsp – tandoori masala
oil for shallow frying.
How to Make Kheema kebab
First National grind garlic, ginger, all other spices, coriander and green chillies and then keep it aside.
To the minced meat, add the ground paste, salt and rest of the ingredients.
Mix well and marinate for half an hour.
Make small kebabs and shallow fry.
Once ready serve with green mint chutney, onion ring and lemon wedges
