Ingredients:
- Raw Mango 1 Kg (Chopped)
- Sugar 1 Kg
- Water 2 Cups
- National Vinegar 1 Cup
- National Black Pepper 1 tbsp (Crushed)
- National Ginger Powder 1+1/2 tbsp
- National Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Black Salt 1 tsp
Direction/Method:
- Take a pot and add Raw Mango and 2 cups water and stir it and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- After that add Sugar and stir it and then Use medium to low flame and add Ginger Powder and stir it and cook for 15 minutes on medium to low flame.
- After that add Red Chilli Powder, Black Salt, Black Pepper and stir it and then add Vinegar and stir it and cook for 20 minutes on medium to low flame. After that Your Kacche Aam Ki Khatti Meethi Chutney is Ready.
