Hazelnut Honey Balls:
ingredients:
Coconut crushed ¼ cup
Hazelnut spread ½ cup
Sugar ¼ cup
Milk powder 2 tbsp
Raisins 2 tbsp
Flour ½ cup
Corn flour ¼ cup
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs as required
Honey as required
Oil for frying
MEHTOD:
In a wok add crushed coconut, sugar, drymilk, raisin and hazelnut spread add and cook 2 to 3 minutes. when mixture cool then make balls. after this roll in flour and corn flour then dip in egg and fry in oil when it come to brown color then add honey and serve.

Daal Phali Tarka :
Ingredients:
Gram lentils 1 cup
Chopped beans 1 cup
Oil ¼ cup
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion boiled & paste ½ cup
Tomato puree ½ cup
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Green chilies for garnish
Green coriander chopped for garnish
Ginger (julienne) for garnish
For Oil Tempering:
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Fennel powder 1 tsp
Green chilies (big slices) 3-4
MEHTOD:
Heat oil in a wok and fry ginger garlic paste. now all ingredients mix and roast well .then boil paste ,tomato puree and yogurt mix and roast well .when gravy and oil separate then add boil lentils and chopped beans mix and leave on dum 8 to 10 minutes .after this in a frying pan heat oil and all tarka ingredients add and fry and do the tarka .finally garnish with large green chilies and julienne cut ginger and serve .

Beef Achaari Biryani:
Ingredients:
Rice 500 grams
Beef with bone 500 grams
Oil ½ cup
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 8 -10
Yogurt ½ cup
Tomato puree 1 cup
Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
Food color as required
For Achaar Masala:
Water 1 liter
Vinegar ½ cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Green chilies big 6 – 8
Carrot cubes ½ cup
Cucumber cube ½ cup
Garlic whole ¼ cup
For Biryani Masala:
Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Crushed fennel 1 tsp
Crushed mustard seeds 1 tsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
All spices powder 1 tsp

MEHTOD:
In a sauce pan add all Achaari masala and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until boil .then in a mixing bowl add all biryani masala and mix .now in a pot heat oil and ginger garlic paste sauté .then add curry leaves and beef add and fry .after this biryani masala ,tomatoes ,yogurt and tamarind pulp and roast well .now mix achaar ingredients.after this boil rice and food color add .finally heat oil do the dum and serve .
